seriously, you need to post more info. did you do ANY research before posting? did you troubleshoot anything in your coolant system yet? i hope you get this fixed, but these threads with almost no info on problems are annoying as s***...

Also make sure your coolant system is bled properly, air bubbles in the lines might cause this issue also.
Pop the cap off, let the car warm up, let the fan cycle twice, make sure to turn on your heater full blast, and watch to se if any air bubbles come out.
You can also test the thermostat by putting it in a pot of boiling water, when you take it out, it should close slowly. However if the thermo was stuck shut, the car would overheat no matter if you were sitting still or driving, as the coolant can't get to the motor because the thermostat is stuck closed.
