Default Need some help, smoke

Okay so I have a em1, My car smokes in vtec. I think it's cause of my ecu making the car run rich. But I'm not sure what do you guys think?
also how bad is it to run rich? Also any suggestions?
Im still searching for answers but I figured this couldnt hurt...

My set up
B16a2
ctr cams
itr valvetrain
b16a2 header
password intake
apexi exhaust
TYPE-R ECU

the car runs strong and pulls really hard I just dont like the fact the car smokes crossing into vtec at 57/800 rpm
oh the motor has maybe 55-60kmiles really low

buy a wideband. or go to a dyno and use theirs.

bin the teggy ecu and get it mapped.

color is the smoke, black is fuel, white is moisture and blue is oil (as a genral rule of thumb)

yes check the color. if its black its fuel, if its blue its oil, if its white its coolant. besides the shitty mpg, running rich will foul the plugs and contaminate you combustion chamber. also will run sluggish, worst case scenario if you run it that way long enough it could lead to cylinder wall scorching but that rarely happens.
