93 Honda Civic SI 1.6L Stock 250,000 miles

Car has good battery power checked with volt meter. but wont turn over no sound at all... Went out got a new starter same problem, what would be my next step..

Sounds like a bad starter switch, which you will find at the top of your clutch pedal.

 

Your right it is the switch, and they want 160- for a new one, is there anyway to by pass it with a toggle switch.

 

Check the price here. Enter your VIN for best results. I think the clutch switch about $30.

In the meantime, unplug the connector and insert a jumper wire across the two terminals. Be sure to put the transmission in neutral when starting because you are no longer protected by the safety switch.
