Icon2 96 Honda Civic Coupe HELP!? Electrical Short!

Well I just purchased a 96 Civic EX coupe with 2000 Si complete dash and climate control etc etc... Well I had an Autopage alarm installed today and everything seemed fine. Well as I was leaving the shop I decided to turn on my A/C and The fan wouldn't kick on. The night lights still turn on, But no air comes through the vents. The lights that indicate if the A/C is on don't turn on either... Well we checked all of the fuses and the relays and everything seemed fine. After a while I noticed that my mirrors wouldn't work and my radiator fan wouldn't turn on as well! What do you guys think could be causing this? My friend has never had a problem installing these Autopages, Let alone on a Honda. He even completely took off the alarm to see if it would work and that didn't help. I'm thinking its a loose connection or a loose wire..

I can rule out that it's not my climate control unit itself because I tried a friends climate control on my car and his didn't work either. What specific wires should I look for? Any input whatsoever would be greatly appreciated!!!!

If anyone has any troubleshooting ideas or any online PDF service manuals please post!

Take it back and have them fix what they did.

7.5A Fuse #17 under the dash is blown.

I already checked the fuse. It's not blown! What does the Radiator fan, Mirrors and Climate control have in common? Electrically?

The one common factor is under-dash fuse #17.

Don't be offended, but people constantly tell me all of their fuses are fine, when in fact they have a blown fuse. This may or may not be the case here, but the first step is to remove the fuse and replace it with a KNOWN GOOD 7.5A FUSE.
