interior lights not working

Default interior lights not working

i have a 97' civic and my interior lights around the A/C and cluster lights dont work. I checked the fuses and even jumped the dimmer switch and still nothing.
any advice? thanks

Replace 7.5A fuse #30 under the dash with a known good fuse.

checked the fuse and its ok, still cant figure this out.

Did you check the fuse with a multimeter or replace it with a known good fuse?

With the light switch on, do you measure battery voltage at the Red wire in the dimmer switch connector? Does the Black wire in the same connector have continuity to ground?

i havent used a multimeter on the fuse, only a test light which worked. i have the dimmer switched jumped so is it still necessary to use a multimeter?

i dunno i might have to remove the center bezel and check the wiring next. my gauge cluster has a burn in the circuit board (half of it works), could this affect the console lights? i really dont thing its run in a series circuit but i could be wrong..
