Anyone know a site to get a engine for a good price that also has a good reputation? My block has a hole in it

Never heard of it, but Hmotors have great customer service and they are sold in a fair price. Or you can always look at your local craigslist

Ok so i found a B18B1 with 99B16 head dohc motor with block, head, intake and exhaust manifolds for 800 on craigslist. or about 1800 with shipping for a jdm B18C1 on a couple sites. What one would u choose? tha shop is gonna charge 300 to install n said if i leave them my engine theyll give me 200. Already paid them 550 to get head machined n new gasket they put it together n found out tha block had a hole

Yeah its close by me. No the engine had probles got it towed there thought it was head gasket cuz it kept gettin hot n had water in the oil. Would a F20B euro r engine bolt up to my tranny found it for 1100? Need to know what kinda engines bolt up to my tranny B16, H22, F20? its a standard gsr.

No other series tranny will bolt up to your GSR. I'm not saying an H/F will not fit, but maybe "EXTREME" modification's, but that will run you thousands and B series are some of the best tranny you can get.

And do you know what you are going to do to have the F20B installed?

IMHO, just get another GSR or B16A transmission.

And how did it have a "Hole" in the block when it was running ?

My radiator had a crack n i didnt know. So i ran it prbably 15 miles i saw tha temp was hot so i pulled over n waited for it to cool not seeing anything wrong besides no water. Drove it to a gas station put water in it poured out i checked tha oil n saw it had oil in it. Had it towed to a shop n told them what happen n they said i blew a head gasket. They put it together n said oil shot out eerywhere from a hole in the block. Owner says he has a friend with a gsr engine for $800
