Default turbo crx sputtering on decline

I turbo'd my crx w/ b16a swap. changed fuel pump with a woabro 255, 450cc injectors and today it just started to sputter when on a decline like its out of gas. I have a half tank of gas in there now. what can this be?

Is this a serious question? Also what kind of cheap *** pump is a Wolboro? Is it some knock off garbage of the Walbro?

Also you did not post what your exhaust setup is...

Lol def fudged up the spelling. Its a basemapped p28 to get me to the tuner and it runs fine on level ground. Im suspecting its something in the tank. What could it be tho?
