Cel for no intake?

Would I get a cel if the intake tube is torn and the tb is sucking alot more air??

I'm buying a new intake but I'm getting a secondary injection or something cel?anyidea why?

the intake tube is torn up a little bit,so more unfiltered air.

well i did some research and found it it can but its not because the tb is sucking more air(yeah that was stupid,i was just desperate for answers).it has something to do with the lines on the intake tube.the code is for secondary air injection malfunction
(helps the catalytic converter process unburnt hydrocarbons at a time when it's most inefficient),which is actually pointless since i have a test pipe.
