Default JG GSR manifold, install?

Do you need a different throttle pulley or anything to install this? Any other install concerns?

No...because you still run the throttle cable with the bracket on the tb so nothing really changes.

I do have this terribly overpowering feeling that I am going to get to reweld my upper intercooler pipe, though

What cable bracket is correct? my ITR bracket does not fit that well.
Though I have this feeling i'll have to change the cable as well.

I think hes talking about how the gsr pulley goes one way and all others pull from the opposite direction.

No...just use the stock type bracket that mounts a gsr cable on a gsr tb...it never touches the manifold, it attaches to the tb. I am almost positive you will have to modify your tb ic pipe though.

Mike's right, you can use your GSR cable/bracket. It comes close to the hood, but it cleared fine on my 98 Civic w/ B18C. I ended switching it to an ITR cable/bracket because it looked much cleaner. The bosses are there for the ITR bracket already anyways. The GSR bracket looked funny hanging way out in the middle of nowhere. You don't need to swap the whole throttle body. Just swap the cable pulley for an LS or ITR one. I actually used a Civic pulley that my friend had lying around. As for intercooler piping, most likely yes. The JG manifold puts the TB higher and closer to the distributor that either the GSR or even ITR/Skunk manifold. Those runners are short! Have you guys seen any dynos other than JG's own? I can't wait to see some of your guy's dynos. I bet there are going to be more than a few suprised people. Is anyone planning on doing a back-to-back comparison?

Tyler

Will an LS throttlebody work on the JG manifold for a B18C1?

Thanks
