Default Hole in radiator

Where to start. 94 LS with a hole in the radiator. Radiator is less than 2 years old. Anyone know what would cause a hole in your radiator? excessive heat? My car runs a little warm, but I wouldn't say overheats. Maybe the leak started elsewhere and then the excessive heat caused the radiator to leak? I really don't see any coolant leaks other than the radiator. Any thoughts?

Do you have a picture of where that hole is?

No pics yet, haven't pulled the radiator yet. The hole is near the bottom and it's a rather slow leak. I'm thinking it may have been something else that caused the hole in the radiator (excessive heat) because I let the engine almost get in the red (had my baby in the car and was down the street from my house). Under normal circumstances I would've just shut my car down and waited it out, filled with water until I can diagnose it. It's a fairly new radiator but perhaps I should've went OEM?
