Default Timing problem

OK sorry if i am wrong or right i am new to this forums this is what i have

92 Eg6 with a b20 motor with a ls b18 head dual cam and my seems to eat alot of water they have told me that it what my head gasket i have all the parts but i dont know how to do the timing right if any one can help me in a guide in how to time it please let me know

Does the motor lack power? Over heat?

set your block to tdc and your cam gears with the arrows saying up pointing up...but i suggest if you dont know how to do it then dont try, you might mess something up..its harder then expected and takes alot of time to have everything aligned up since you've never done it before

ok i changed my head gasket but know i my timing is off is there like instructions in how to set up the timing correctly to oem specs
