If you're asking what will fit, anything under 18" can fit and maintain the correct tire OD. Widths over 7" can limit tire selection though. Some 14"s can fit, but most don't, due to the brake calipers up front.

you're just going to get guys arguing over what size they personally like. 14 and 18" are the extremes and may cause clearance issues while 15,16 and 17 are all easy common fitments. there is a tire benefit to 15" though. more sidewall slightly increases ride comfort and price wise they are inexpensive compared to both 205 45 16 and 205 40 17
since you're buying konig your best bet is probably discount tire since they are located everywhere and do free mounting and balancing with a tire/wheel combo
