Default LS motor 175k Vtec head or not?

I was wondering at this milage if its worth doing a head swap on my LS motor or should I just wait to do an engine swap. The motor still runs pretty strong as is...

All good things come to an end. With that said your motor has alot of miles and it would be a shame to swap that head on and your block blows. What ever you choose good luck!

thanks for the help. I think if I did a built i would do a LS V motor. Im going to leave mine alone for now.. i got a free turbo setup so I might just use it for now until it blows. should be fun until then.

Listen to everyone ! The people who just slap the head on without doing the bottom end are the people who say lsvtec is not reliable !
