Default Oxygen Sensors...

Check engine light came on, checked the code and its the 02 sensors. Is one brand better than the other? I see NGK ($150 for both) are a little more than Denso ($120 for both). There is also AC Delco/Standard, Bosch... I know Honda uses NGK plugs. What is recommended? Worth the extra cost? Also can you figure out which one is bad or should both be replaced at the same time? Thanks

if you can afford to replace both i would, but i dont think there is a major difference in o2 sensor brands.

Check sparkplugs.com and summit racing, I got a primary o2 for my LS for $60 shipped for a NGK.

Get whatever is cheaper for the primary, and forget about the second unless you get a CEL. Then find a way to bypass it. It's only emissions, and some of us don't even run cats, so I view it as pointless.

I think Honda uses Denso O2 sensors from the factory, but NGK will be fine. I think I heard that Hondas don't like Bosch.

How do I bypass it? I thought its your ECU/motor that is OBD... If I can make it OBD1 that will save me some cash.
