Default Help.. Very low idle and hesitation

Ok so I have a 95 DB8, GSR Sedan. When it is warmed up the idle is lower than it was in my old LS. It hovers anywhere from 200-400. It was rough as well but used seafoam and it took away the roughness just not the low idle. Also when taking off from a light [not launching or racing, just regular driving] it will go to 2-2.5k then bog even when the pedal is to the floor. Then it will like realize I have the pedal down then take off. Also it just doesn't have the power it used too. Even when in VTEC or 5800+. I've noticed that there is a difference between hot and cold days for my problem. Being when its cooler out its less noticeable.

This started happening about 2 weeks ago and I've been searching and trying diff things to fix it but no luck. I've replaced the fuel filter [helped somewhat], used seafoam then oil change. And I've cleaned my intake.

Many things can cause your idle to be incorrect. most of the time it is as simple as a vaccum leak or dirty IACV.

check all known vacum lines for leaks. try taking off your IACV and cleaning the ever dirty **** out of it. Also check your idle adjustment screw. if the yellow paint is off aligned between the threads and the nut, someone may have adjusted it to correct a previous issue and needs to be put back in the original place after the IACV is cleaned. also, im not familiar with how the B18 fast idle thermo valve works but you may want to test that too. after all is said and done, the problem SHOULD be gone.
