Default Car won't start

I swapped out my clutch pedal assembly and got ready to take the car out for a test drive and I'm getting nothing when I turn the ignition. Only thing I get is the beeping noisetelling me that I have my keys in the ignition. I can turn on my headlights and dash light, But the brake light, seatbelt and ecu don't flash when I try to turn on the car. My stereo doesn't come on. My overhead light doesn't dim when I turn on my headlights or high beams. I checked the connections for the ignition and all are snug. I even remove and reseated them. None, of my fuses appears to be blown. I'm sure it's probably something simple that I overlooked in the installation. But, I can't figure out what, because there are no loose connection and I doubt my ignition would got back once I put the pedal assmebly in my car.

driver's side under the dash is where all of the EF's electric stuff converges.
what did you do when you took the pedal assembly out, and back in?
the cel light doesnt come on anymore? when you put the keys in?
also the batt light and the brake light?
the cluster works off of grounds....meaning the lights in the cluster turn on when each individual light is grounded (minus the batt light)

Nope, the CEL, brake and seat belt lights do not come on. But, the headlights, dash cluster lights DO come on. Radio does not turn on. Only the chime that let's me know I have the keys in the ignition come on.

Do I have to drop the steering cloumn again? any idea on home many grounds are under there? I hate that I had to work on this blindly. There isn't instructions on changing this out in the shop/service manual or the manual that you buy at autozone, I had to go completely off of the auto to manual thread on here and just connect the dots. I'm gonna look in the manual to see if it shows the gorunding locations.

there are two grounds under the dash one on the dash and the other by the hood release

it seem to me that you did not disconnect your battery before pulling your under dash harness

yeah, I didn't. I wasn't intending to pull the harness, since people had posted that they had taken their assembly out without doing that. But, once I had gotten things unbolted. I didn't see away of getting it from under there without dropping the sterring column. So, when I had to dropped the steering column, then I had to disconnect the harnesses.
