Default Upgrade of valve/cams worthwhile?

Currently need to replace valves in my b18b1. I'd like to upgrade this motor to a naturally aspirated b18b with a brian crower cams bc0022, and bc0020 retainers/springs, 31mm intake valves, 28mm exhaust valves. http://www.briancrower.com/makes/honda/b18ab18b.shtml

Is it worth it in the sense of power increase and strength?

What is your reason for saying that?

im guessing its sarcasm man,

if you have the money and dont mind doing it then yes, get some headwork done while the heads off to get the most out of the cams/valves.
