Default gsr cams with oversized valves or typeR cams?

just wondering what would be the best route to go. i would like to ferrea or supertech valves and springs. just really wondering if its worth going the extra mile to get .5mm oversized valves.

The engine is out of my car and I'm about to start building it. So I am rebuilding the head. Just wondering if I will get gains from bigger valves.

bang for buck upgraded valve train and ITR cams always worked best for me. stock valve size is plenty for well over 600 hp

A turbo cam will be the best for boost. ITR cams are great because of the aggressive lifts but they were designed for NA. To answer your question, you will probably get more from the ITR cams alone. Changing valves is something I would wait to do when you damage one, or you decide to tear down and work the head.

I want my setup to handle 600hp but I really only want to run 350-400 daily. I want to boost it up to screw around. Lol I have 84mm 9.0.1 cp pistons I think I want flat valves to raise compression a little.

i disagree. turbo cams don't work well on hondas, at all.

i use the manley flat top valves. oem size with ITR cams and skunk2 springs titanium retainers. my car consistantly makes more power at X boost then all my buddys cars do at the same X boost with other cams. to give u a example my old set up made 375 on only 10 psi with a gt35r and 93 octane tune. and my tq was also pretty high due to the cams, my buddy with after market cams(pro 1s) at 507 whp made only 290 ish tq, and at 510 whp i made 330 tq. the funny thing is i was 81.5mm he was 83, most every thing else was the same between us.

Could you give me a rundown of your setup? And was your friend running the same turbo?
