please don't bash me its only a quest, i have a 97ek found a b16 obd0 i was wondering can i use the stock mounts or should i just buy some hasport mounts to do the swap

 

You can re use your stock mounts. All you need to get the swap in there is a 99-00 Civic Si rear T bracket, driver side cast iron mount for upper frame mount, B series torque mount brackets. Re use all of your rubber mounts and re use the passenger metal trans bracket and driver side "bridge" that goes from the cast iron bracket to the mount.

 

If you plan on getting a AEM CAI for the car, don't buy the passenger side torque mount bracket. I found out after it arrived that the AEM comes with its own bracket if you buy the hybrid kit for EK swaps. Unfortuantely I had to special order the torque bracket and can't send it back.

 

so only thing i need is a t bracket off a si do they just sell a complete ek hybrid kit for the b-series i rather just do it right the first time because i plan of boostin it nex spring or just buy the t bracket off the si for now just to do the swap

do what ever you want. regardless your gonna need the t-bracket and the driver side cast iron mount for upper frame mount. just go hasport and save yourself worries

Cheaper to get the Honda parts from HOnda than to buy from Hasport though.

 

That is true, I have extras left over from my B-swap. I ordered, didn't get a confirmation so I re-ordered and can't send the extras back...... think honda was $10-15 less than hasport.
