heres the deal...me and my buddy are trading motors hes got an ls and ive got the Y8, can i use the cable tranny on my car?, cause i have the hydro tranny now will i need a hydro tranny for the ls to work?, can someone explain how this will work?, cause its gonna start tomorrow or sat. so need info now, and yes ill be researching!, ive also heard my speed sensor or something wont work on the cable tranny, Thanks

you will need a hydro b series tranny

or get a hydro to cable conversion from hasport.

 

so theres no way i can use the cable tranny at all

try it.... hasport has their name on it for a reason... not being a dick but they are a very reputable company.... lots of r and d. but if you can figure it out go for it...

my suggestion... get on c-list and find a ls hyrdo tranny. and buy it for 100 bux.
