Default twin engagement problems

setup k20r tranny, exedy twin, suja1 full hydro conversion....

this swap is in a crx...for the past year the car would stretch out the cable and it would need to be replaced. finally we decided to go full hydro with the suja1 kit. installed the kit and bled the lines now the problem is no matter where i adjust the pedal the car lurches a small amount when put in gear with the clutch depressed. alsowhen you release the clutch to move forward the engagement is litteraly 1cm off the floor. Ive tried adjusting the master cyl's pushrod and watching the slave which is moving the shoft fork and it is fully depressing the clutch fork... is the clutch bad from the frequent stretching of the cable? no ideas...some one guide me in the right direction
