Default B18C1----Hesitation/Dying

I've been having some problems with my motor as of late.
Sometimes, when I go to start the car after I have driven it for a while. It will start, but idle very low then die, even if I give it gas. Also, it wont start again for about a minute or two.

Latley, it will hesitate if I'm at idle and blip the gas, or if I hold it at a certain RPM then take my foot off the gas. Almost like it wants to die.

This doesn't happen all the time either. Please, help a brother out.

Other than that, the car runs great. Smokes, but whatever.

Specs-
B18C1
ITR pistons
S2S2 Cams/Valvetrain
Skunk2 Intake Mani
I/E
RMF header
Walbro 190
RC 310s
Hondata S100

Do a basic tuneup if you haven't done so in a while. My buddy was having similar problems, turned out, his distributor cap had a small crack in it, and would cause the car to idle rough and stumble on acceleration.

I just did a tune-up.
New plugs, dizzy, valve adj.

Fuel pump is only a year old.

Never changed the fuel filter and my plug wires are like 3 years old.

Well. The hestitation is no longer an issue.

However. I'm still having the problem where it dies or wont start on the initial start.

Basically, if I drive the car for a while and turn it off, like going to get gas or something...
It has a hard time starting back up or starts then dies.
I've also noticed I wont hear the fuel pump prime when the key is on the ON position when it doesn't start. I'll wait for a bit, then try again, hear the fuel pump prime and bam. It fires right up.

I'm just wondering why the fuel pump isn't priming sometimes?

This went on for about 5 minutes at the gas station today. It started, died, then wouldn't start for a few minutes. So frustrated!

I vote 'main relay'. The contacts could be wearing away and corroding inside. I have had one of mine have intermittent issues before.

Well, I replaced the main relay.

All seems well. No issues at all today, and I drove quite a bit.
I'll know for sure in a few days.

Thanks for the help everyone.
