When I bought my car the stock engine/tranny came with a new XTD clutch installed. I was skeptical about quality but I drove with the stock engine for like 6 months with no issues. Since it was free and working fine I installed it with my swap and have had no problems for 6 more months. Obviously it's not the best quality clutch and I wouldn't get it for something with high HP, but if you need a clutch and don't want to spend much I think it's fine.

I have no experience with the other one.

Yes they are junk, heres what mine looked like after a few months of driving with 1 month of that being on boost

Notice the chunks missing from the pucks? That was with a 500mile breaking that had 0 hard shifts, 0 launches and was aligned properly on a resurfaced flywheel

That was the stage 4 too, their customer service sucks dick just like their product. Mine came with a 1 year warranty, emailed them trying to get a new clutch, never heard from them

I've heard ok things about the F1 clutches, supposedly they are the best "ebay brand" as far as clutches go. Why not just go with an Excedy? I had a stage 1 in a b16 eg hatch and it grabbed hard. 9k rpm 5th gear barking tires lol

If I had the money dude I would, just lost my job, trying to finish my other swap so I can sell the LS swap out of my car to have my turbo rebuilt and get my car tuned...I hate buying ebay **** but I think i'm leaning to f1 clutch

It also depends on what type of power your gonna run on these. I've know plenty of people to run them on all motor or low boost setups. I wouldnt waste my time if your over 350 hp they prolly won't last a month like above.
