FS: Custom Greddy 2.5" downpipe for 18g turbo (AC compatible!))
I'm selling a custom 2.5" downpipe (ac compatible)that replaces the stock 2" cast elbow from the Greddy 18g kit. DYNO PROVEN! As everyone knows, the cast elbow is extremely restrictive. Prior to the upgrade my b18c1 made 260whp @8psi. Four months later the greddy manifold develpoped a hole wich was causing a very noticable boost leak. I dynoed the upgraded 2.5" dp with the boost leak, not to mention the large increase in blow by it develpoed, and still made 280whp on the same dyno. There was a 20whp gain across the board. This is with no boost controller. Just the stock greddy 8psi accuator. I'm positive the results would have even been greater if it wasnt for the issues the motor was having. I'll post a pic of the graph as soon as possible.
Some info on the design: It uses one 2.5" tube to expel the exhaust from the turbine and a seperate 1.5" tube for the wastegate exhaust. Theres a divider that keeps the exhaust and wastegate seperate to delete any chance of turbulance. The dumptube then enters the exhaust about 20" after the turbo. The dp actually consists of two pieces, (the "elbow/outlet" and the downpipe that shoots under the oil pan). May need some minor exhaust work to match up to your existing exhaust (very minimal if any and would be quick and cheap).
Asking 250 shipped for both pieces
