Default no pressure to 1 brake.

94 civic coupe.
baer big brakes.

i put a 4040 prop valve in when and upgraded to baer big brakes all the way around. now i can bleed the front 2 and the drivers rear but not the passenger rear. no pressure at all to that line. i took the line off at the prop valve and no pressure or fluid comes out. when i loosen any of the other brake lines i get great pressure and lots of fluid. could this be a bad prop valve. i did buy it on ebay. master and booster are gsr and new. thank you for any suggestions or advise.
