Default GSR Block on b16 head?

I currently have a b16a2 Swap in my 96 EX and my friend has a rebuilt, cleaned, polished for $450. So I would pair it with my b16 head gain an extra .2 litres and plan to put Type R internals.

So thinking about $800 for everything, since im installing the parts myself.

Is it worth it dishing out the cash, will I get a nice noticeable difference?

Let me know, need the honda techies help.

Look through this thread and if you see some similar builds with numbers of your liking then you have found your answer....
