H22 exhaust options on 97 SE

H22 exhaust options on 97 SE
The place I'm getting my H22 from includes a exhaust manifold but I don't know if its a header? 92-96 JDM OB1 H22A.
1. I'm concerned about the true power out put of my H22 with a stock exhaust.
2. Is there a adapter for the exhaust? looked but could not find one.
3. Is there a quite exhaust option.
4. Can I buy a prelude stock exhaust and use that? and save my cat.
I read some where that the Header has a balled 2.5 outlet. my cat is 1.75
This would be great to figure out
