shaved or cut underneath the fender?
Does anyone know someone who shaves or cuts underneath the fender so tires wont rub. yeah maybe the car might to low but better clearance. i know some of you guys have been talking about shaved fenders but still might rub underneath.
or shaving the fender also includes shaving or cutting extra metal underneath.

well underneath the fender not the wheel well its been rolled. my other question is if u cut it the extra metal inside will it effect the strength or rigidness of the car. if it does not i was thinking of cutting all of the extra metal and smooth it out prime and paint to make it real clean. the car does not rub outside but rubs inside where the extra metal is coming out.

good god. how low is your car? got any pics. Im IMO slammed on coilovers and i dont have any rubbing issues. Im exactly at the point where i dont hit on speed bumps and no rubbing if i go any lower i would.
will be putting on sway bars to limt rubbing while going up on curbs. hope that description helps.
Did anyone bother to ask this guy if he is actually talking about OUR model year car....'06 and up Civic....or his '96 Civic??
OP....I wouldn't cut into anything that connects to the frame of the car. If you're having to go through all that trouble to stop something as simple as rubbing issues....then you need to either (A) Check you camber alignment or (B) Raise your car back up a little higher.
I have a 2" drop on my coilover setup on my FG2 with front camber set at -1.0 and have no inside rubbing issues at all.

At first I thought that was in concordance with his first Honda, but now that I think about it he joined less than a month ago.
