Radiator Cores?
If you have a good used rad already and you need a shorter height cross flow core then just cut the plastic tanks off and then cut the core to the height you can use cutting thru the center of a row of tubes. If you have the height and want to make the rad symetrical then cut from the top and bottom to get the correct height. Otherwise just cut 1 side and the you only need to make 1 pc to cover the area where you cut the tubes. I usually bend a c shapped pc of .040-050 aluminum. I weld it on after the tanks are welded. Unfortunately I and many others find it cheaper to cut a new replacement rad apart then to buy a core alone. You cna get various width (header to header) dimensions if you look and do some research.
the only well known brand that sells radiator cores without end tanks is BIC- Bell Intercoolers.
