Default Radiator core

are there any place that sells a radiator core that has the same dimensions as the civic half size except with a 3" thick or thicker core. I know people used the traditional radiators with success, but they don't usually sustain driving for long periods of time between 1/4 passes, also occasional autobahn cruises at high speeds. I've searched all over. I want to make my own radiator from a thick core. I've recently tried welding 2 radiator cores together but weren't successful. I already know about the speedfactory and DP ones.
any help is appreciated.

My friend and tried to marry 2 radiators but one got damaged on the after we started the process unable to repair due to thin fins. that was a mishimoto and a Koyo radiator, we cut off the tanks welded the core together, and made end tanks to fit this 5" thick combo. something fell on the core and busted them so we had to start from the drawing board. this time I want a 3" core.

if you need a very specific size, look at bell intercoolers, they have HUNDREDS or possibly over a thousand different sizes.
