Anyways i installed an amp and a sub yesterday, my question is...
I ran the Power, RCAs, and Remote together to the back, would this interfere with anything should i re-route the RCAs to the other side?
There is also voice coming from the subwoofer, how can i get rid of some of it?
It's a 300watt Amp, with a 8" Rockford Fosgate P2 Punch.
Thanks!

yea that's most likely what's causing the "voice". i ran the RCA's and remote on one side, power on the other, no noises or anything.
i have two kicker 8's and 250 amp,not a lot of "bump" but they are loud. how's yours sound?

Mine sounds good, well except for the voice.
It's loud enough to rattle the windows on my house when the car is 20-30ft away.
Had to tighten the OEM Spoiler too, it rattled that a lot.

If you can hear vocals out of the sub the x-over is not set properly, what is the amps model number, "P2 Punch" is not a model number I have ever heard and it does not come up on R/F site. 94

Ah, okay.
P2 is the sub model number.

Not sure what model number the amp is but it's an older Alpine unit.

If you were amping more than a sub you would pick up noise in your RCAs from the power wire if they are next to each other and you will hear engine noise.
