When you turn the key to ON(II), do the dash warning light come on?

When you turn the light switch on, do the headlight come on at normal intensity?

Pull the battery out and have it tested at an auto parts store. Replace if necessary.

In the meantime, clean the battery connectors and the battery ground connection in the engine bay.

The large black wire coming from the battery ground terminal. It attaches to the body frame and is G1 in the diagram:

Are they damaged? If not, just clean the terminals and ground wire to expose shiny metal, check the fuses under the hood, reinstall a fully charged battery, and go from there.
