insurance on a 99 civic

hey i wanna get a 99 civic coupe but i dont want my rates to be crazy. im 19 with a perfect driving record. i live in ohio if that helps, wat would you guys estimate to pay

Depends on the company. Are you getting an Si, DX, what? I recommend getting a lower level car and doing a swap unless you absolutely must have a sun roof that was factory installed.

it will be at least 100 (from my experience anyway) ... it would help if you would go as a secondary driver if possible

yeah man get a secondary driver put on there. im 20 with a not so great driving record and that secondary driver really lowered my rates. ps i drive an EM1

im gonna guess like 150 for full coverage

and 100 for basic

It's impossible to make a reasonable guess due to the large amount of variables involved. Calls to an insurance agent/company are free and the information will be reliable.
