Default B20 Vtec ignition timing?

what should be the base ignition timing set at?? this is using the timing gun to set up the dizzy

It all depends on what ECU/engine management that you are using. Compression ratio and fuel are also relevant.

Chipped Obd1 Vtec Ecu, rc 310cc. 94 octane pump gas, 11.0 to 1 CR.

If you can datalog, setting the timing is as simple as setting the base timing to read the same as what the ECU is showing at idle. If not, start at 12 Degrees BTDC. Get the car to a dyno and advance the timing 2 degrees at a time until you get the best overall power curve, without knock. Ideally, you will replace your generic chip with a custom dyno tuned chip program tailored to your car. Dyno tuning=
