Default HELP!! CRX SUSPENSION PROBLEM

So, I have a b16a swap in my 1991 crx si, got everything resolved except this suspension noise. The noise is only when I make sharp turns (like a turn at a light, but not just switching lanes) and starts off sounding like metal bending (like how they make metal bending sound in movies) and then as I accelerate the noise turns into a loud clank clank clank, and then when I straighten back out the noise stops but then when Im driving straight it sounds like the boot on the axle is rubbing against the fork. Its like a package deal three terrible noises in one! Anyway, any help would be appreciated

I would get the car up in the air and check the front lower control arm bushings. My buddies EJ does the same thing and his is COMPLETELY shot, it's metal on metal grinding. I would check that first.
