Estimated HP out of built LS/Vtec
My buddy is currently building an all motor ls/vtec setup. This is what it consists of:
-B18B1 bottom end
-Stock bore, and sleeves
-13.5:1 Comp. ratio Weisco Pistons
-Eagle Rods
-Acl rod and main bearings
-B16 head
-Buddy club springs and retainers
-Stock valves
-3 angle valve job
-I believe a milled head also
-97 spec type r cams
-370cc injectors
-walboro 255lph
-stock intake mani, and throttle body
He expects to get around 215-220whp, but I'm thinking around 205-210whp. The purpose of this was to ask if there would be a major difference in using a cam like sk2 pro2's over the type r's in there now. This setup hasn't ran on the dyno yet btw. Also what do you guys think the estimated hp is on this setup. Thanks in advance.

Yes, there will be a substantial difference between Pro2 and ITR cams.
Whp guesses are pointless. A collection of parts does not give anyone a clue as to how well the engine was assembled or how well it will be tuned.

If you want to play 'guess my hp' just scroll through the dyno thread at the top of the forum and look for similar builds.
