FYI dont use thread lock on your turbine bolts

Default FYI dont use thread lock on your turbine bolts

this weekend i was taking my POS turbonetics turbo apart and ever bolt broke in half. i am pretty sure it was due to the thread lock. but i have been working out lately. anyone have simular experences?

LMAO.
Ive never had a prob with thread lock cause i dont use it but iv ehad a prob with RUSTY bolts where the only way for me to get them off is by breaking them in half. (i have no blow torch).

I use anti-seize on all my turbo bolts and they come right off.

I use anti-seize on all my turbo bolts and they come right off.
That's probably a much wiser choice than thread-locker.
