Default xenon bulbs only?

will it look ok if i just install bulbs, as opposed to the whole hid kit?
and do you install the bulbs into the foglight lights or just on the driving lights on a DC?

HID light setups don't use bulbs.

You can't use HID capsules without a ballast. So if you want HID you'll need to either buy or piece together a full "kit".

Many halogen bulbs include xenon gas in them, either for advertising purposes ("buy this junk, it looks like HID") or to make the light slightly more white (it does change the color).

What exactly is being asked here?

i meant just buying the xenon bulbs, will they look ok?
and are they for the low beams or the hi beams? or are they the same size bulbs and can be used for both?

No such thing as a xenon bulb. See my previous post for the explanation of that.

A 3rd gen Integra (94-01) uses 9006 low beam bulbs and 9005 high beam bulbs, though with modification either bulb can be made to fit the other.

If we're talking xenon infused/enhanced halogen bulbs (halogen being the standard headlamp bulb in use today), and not actual xenon based HID capsules, yes you can use them (assuming they are the correct bulb shape/size).
