hrmm i notice ebay sell the bulbs only and then theres the hid conversation kit, can you use purchase the bulb and use it on your stock kit or you gotta purchase the hid to use the bulb?

The individual HID capsules are intended as replacements for those who already have an HID system installed. HID capsules need a ballast and ignitor to function, and can't simply be plugged into your existing wiring.

There are, however, a few different options for lighting upgrades that can be used with your existing setup, such as upgraded halogen or HIR bulbs, and upgraded wiring.
