really whys that, i just need to know, doing a b20 vtec with a b16 head, camn i dont care about just the obd part

I think the older B16 has single valve springs on both intake and exhaust. But the newer model have doubles on the intake cam... but I could be wrong.

Past 1992 all the heads are the same. only differences are external parts
like injectors and distributor.

So is the double spring at least true on the b18c heads ?
The same rules for 92+ B16A heads apply to 94+ GSR heads as well, as far as valvetrain, ignition, fuel injectors, and sensors go...
