So my top mount manifold has crack for the third time which i notice hairline crack and cyl 3 and 4 today, this is a repeated problem.

It has crack in similar fashion twice already, the first time i sent it out to get drill/re welded. The second time i had it re welded on the INSIDE and OUTSIDE but today i noticed hairline crack again. It doesn't seem to be a weld problem, i had it welded on the inside and outside and the penetration was perfect.

I also have problem with exhaust stud breaking, this is the 2nd time i had to replace 2 exhaust stud that snap off above the dipstick hole, the other time the stud at cylinder 4 broke off.

I have TWO flex pipe in my down pipe, my down pipe to exhaust is not a perfect fit but it only about an inch off which once i tighten them up the flex pipe just bend a little and look fine.
