Loosen the bolts holding the pump in place - should be 3

Remove belt

Put new belt and tighten bolts

Remember when you used to ride bikes and the chain would come off? Same concept here. Put belt around one pulley, and then start it around the bigger pulley. Crank engine over for a second and belt should go on no problems.

There is one bolt in the PS that is for adjustment for tightness.

As said loosen the pivot bolt and the tensioner bolt, should be around 3 bolts. Push it to the most slackest setting, take off old belt, put new one on. DO NOT CRANK THE MOTOR TO PUT THE BELT ON IT SHOULD JUST FIT ON THE SLACKEST SETTING.

Check tension by pressing the belt between the two pulleys, it shouldn't deflect more than half an inch.
