I awnsered my own question. The Automatic B-series VSS's are crazy different than the Manuals.
I ended up using a 96-00 D-series Manual VSS. Bolts in, Fits in, 20Tooth Gear like the B-Series Cable VSS. Just a plastic gear, we'll see how long that lasts.
The 94-97 Accord Manual VSS should work aswell, the one i pulled ended up being 19Tooth gear tho.
