Default DC2 GSR needs help!

Ok so i just got my s80 tranny swapped with s80 itr trans. The car idle @ 1500? i check the TB and it's operating like it used to be. anyone know why? i used to drive 60mph on highway and rpm used to be @ 3000 with my gsr trans, now with the new tranny it's @ 3500ish.

And my CEL is on with P0113 code (Intake Air Temp) what should i do, replace that sensor?

Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated!

well first a gsr and and itr tranny has different gear ratios, so of course your rpm will be higher than the gsr. and for your IAT either check your wires or just replace the sensor

rpm diff is because the tranny swap, disconnect battery then reconnect unplug IAT run with out shut off plug back in see if you run a code both ways if problem persist get new sensor

You could just make adjustment to your idle screw. Change out your iat sensor, take a trip to the junkyard, and call it a day.

idle screw is all the way min, can't do anything with it. I just replaced new iat sensor and the CEL still on, so i dont think it's the sensor problem.

anyone else experience this?
