gsr low rev limit at 2500-3000 rpm...throwing tps code...need help
this post is really for my brother but here it goes... my borhter has a 1996 civic hatchback with a b18c1 (gsr motor) recently his car just started redlining really low as above at the title...heres what i think....because he did not yet put his second 02 sensor in yet and because his idle control valve is a lil dirty and that is throwing a code too along with the o2 sensor....i think the ecu is in limp home mode or whatever you call it...am i right?...he recently changed his tps and took out his vafc to make sure it wasnt either of those but tps still throwing code and still revs low......would really appreciate help....thanx

he already did and no luck...he cleaned all intake sensors and took it off to do it.....would limp home mode cause his car to do this hes got like 3 or 4 error code 1- tps code 2- 2nd o2 sensor 3- iacv sensor.......is it a possibility?
