Difficult to shift into 3rd and 4th
I bought a 97 GSR several months ago. It's completely stock, 153k miles. Trans master cylinder was bad when I bought it, so I replaced it and bled the clutch fluid. Clutch pedal feels very heavy which is weird. It's a little difficult to get into 1st and Reverse, just like every Honda I've ever owned, but other than those two things, it runs fine.
I also changed out the tranny fluid for Honda MTF.
Now I started driving it more and it seems like it's getting harder and harder to get into 3rd and 4th. I hold into the gear I want to go into and eventually it goes. I know better than to force it or ram it into gear, but I end up with the clutch in for a long time which is not good when you're trying to get on the freeway.
What could it be? I can't afford a lot of downtime with this car and I've never done any tranny work except clutch replacement.

Isn't it just the clutch or slave cylinder? Sometimes I feel some drag when pulling it out of gear.
Would it be cheaper to get a used JDM trans? I've swapped many motors but never worked on transmission internals.
