Accord 01 Headlight Scatters
I just got a aftermarket Sonar Sk3302 projector headlight and installed into my Accord 01 EX along with a HID kit that gets power from the battery. I have everything installed fine and modified in some ways to get the angle eyes. Now, my main issue is that the light that my headlamp illuminates is scattered all over the place. The light is not focus at all. I try adjusting the headlamp up/down and left/right, but their is still alot of huge places that are not getting light at all in my vision. What can i do?
i know this is going to sound dick headed, but you can go back to stock or retrofit some oem projectors into your stock housing. aftermarket projector head lights tend to be bad at putting light where you need it.
I was thinking about that, but i dont want to get another one at the moment. I will soon though because of my busy schedule(I might). Has anyone had any experience with these issues/problems? Any other suggestions?
From what I've heard and seen here on HT, the only aftermarket projector housings with a good light pattern and cutoff is made by TYC. I've never really been into the whole aftermarket headlight thing, so I never paid too much attention.
Thank you for your input. You know what, i thought these were the TYC brand, but they were not. If i knew they were not, i could have the other TYC brand for only $20 more than what i paid. I should have look at the pictures before i placed my bid.
Any other suggestions?

Stock housings have better light output than the ones you're using right now, but with HIDs tend to put out a lot of glare. Your options are as follows:
1. Stock housings w/ halogen bulbs.
2. Stock housings w/ HIDs, aimed down to reduce glare somewhat. You'll need new HID bulbs, as I'm sure your current ones are not 9006-based.
3. TYC housings w/ halogen or HID bulbs.
4. Keep your current aftermarket housings. There's no way to improve your current setup.

How can you possible expect the R&D to be as extensive on a PAIR of lights costing next to nothing?
These must be a top notch of lights. I can't find anyone selling them and the only reference I find is The Taiwanese Certificate.
I'm curious. Aren't these for Civics?
P
*the optics absolutely inhale BADLY! Even with Q/Halogen they glare excessively
