Default NEED HELP PLEASE!! DESPRITE

ok i have a 1990 ef sedan 1.5L stock motor with 214,XXX miles. i bought the car a few months ago. it ran really well when i first bought it. about 2 months ago little things here and there started needing some tlc. this is what i've replaced...

NEW:
starter
radiator
head gasket
axels
battery

TUNE UP:
spark plugs and wires
cap and rotor

and i also got my valves adjusted. just picked up the car yesterday from getting the head gasket replaced and the radiator installed. when i picked it up it started right up and drove great. took it home and didnt drive it the rest of the day. this morning i tried starting it again and it wouldnt start. it cranks over but wont start. SOB! im almost ready to roll the car off a cliff. i've spent about $1400 on the car within the past 2 months. i dont know what else it could be. can anyone help me out and throw out some suggestions please save me here. thanks in advance.

ok so i cant check the timing because they car has to be on right?
well i wont turn on. im starting to think its not the main relay because from what i heard it has to do with temperature. my car wont turn on when its cold or hot. so does that still mean the main relay could be bad?

you can check to see if the timing belt is on correctly. just remove the timing belt cover and line up the mark on the crank shaft pulley, then see if your cylinder number 1 is at tdc.

if you do not hear your fuel pump prime when you turn the key to "on" position then your main relay needs to be replaced.
