I am swapping my 93 DX hatch tranny for a civic ex tranny, I heard that the 99 ex tranny is a bolt on, what about other year models like the 2000/2001, are these also compatible with my hatch? Also, I heard that the ex tranny in the coupe is different than the one in the 4 door model, if so, which one should I get.
Anyone has any websites where I can buy them?

not too sure on the 2001 one since that is kinda different than the older d-series. the 2000 will fit for sure. i though that the coupe and sedan trannys were the same, only the 92-95 si hatch tranny was different. not sure on this, ask mistabone he has a website that has alot of good info on the d-series trannys.
