Default Tranny Question
I have a 99 hatch with a stock D16y7. My tranny went bad so I went to go buy a replacement. The guy at the shop told me that the tranny from a coupe or sedan is a diffrent size then the tranny on a hatch And that it wont fit. Is there any truth to this.

absolute lie. All Dseries trannies fit any Dseries motor wether in a 92 4dr or a 2000 HB

It will fit. Maybe he meant that the EX and the LX/DX trannies are different?
